Country wide already violated our rights and sold our home

Well I did some more research today and found out the worst. Country Wide already sold my parents home for almost 4,000.00 more than they owed. I looked up foreclosure law in the county court house and on the internet. It turns out that they legally were supposed to send a certified letter both 15 days and again four-five days prior to the auction date. We received nothing. Hows that for customer service. There modow must be: if we want your home we'll get it; however possible.
