Tried to get funds reimbursed and got a run around and still haven't received funds

I attempted to obtain the funds transferred back to my consideration after discovering that used to donot fulfill their needs, and all I acquired was a runaround but still have'nt received my resources, which was'nt said to be removed for a few months. The resources was removed from my consideration within 24 hours.
