Grant Master RIPOFF!

I ordered the "free" GrantMaster CD and was charged (since I didn't cancel) on March 13.

So I sent an email to cancel and was answered by yet ANOTHER CHARGE of $39.95. It was as if they responded to my request to cancel by charging me again.

I went to the website and live chatted and was advised that cancellations had to be done by phone. So I called and had a fascinating conversation with an individual who was determined not to know who I was. She got and verified my name and phone number., but couldnt seem to find my record. I gave her the account number which she affirmed but said she couldn't cancel my account because the address I gave her "didn't match the one on the account"!!!

I reported this mess to my bank. Oddly enough, I had just had a conversation with them about a mysterous charge over a hundred dollars that had appeared on my account. Hmmmm that charge came from Nevada, too.

I see that one individual had had problems with these people sharing their financial info with their friends, so I can only assume this has happened to me, too.
