If you value your sanity do not take a loan from these crooks Espinola

I took a loan from this company. The lady on the phone flat out lied about repayment terms. The first amount taken out was not what the lady on the phone said. Thankfully my bank returned the money. After several NSF fees. I closed that account.

That being said. I have repaid the loan. They are STILL calling my home, job and have sent very confidential faxes to my employer putting my job in jeopardy. They have threatned to have me arrested and said they are turning things over to our state police to have me prosecuted.

I do not know what to do. The lady (I use that term loosley) I have dealt with is Taleerah Talib at extension 325. She is nasty, rude, condescending and threatening. I want to retain an attorney but really cannot afford it.

I am worried. I check my home and work messages constantly. I also check my work fax constantly.

If you are reading this BEFORE taking out a loan. Please try a family member or friend. This is not worth it and has been a nightmare that I cannot seem to get relief from.
