I've accomplished only struggle with SM for more than 3 years now. This is actually the newest - I've been overpaying my loans each and every month. I named directly into ask why the deadline at the conclusion of the mortgage never got up, or why the payment per month never transpired - since I have was overpaying. I had been informed it'd be investigated. Next issue I understand, I obtain a notice from SM plus they decreased my payment per month by stretching my mortgage 1 5 years!!! Used to do not provide written permission for this! I had been mad, and so I called back and required that my mortgage return to what it initially was (same cost, same benefit deadline). So recently I obtained the brand new payment - it today has got the unique benefit day, but went up nearly $100 monthly! Possibly I'm getting cheated or somebody can't increase. I've had it with Sallie Mae and am thinking about switching them in to the BBB quickly. I'd highly encourage one to NOT fund something although Sallie Mae - there's no customer support, or atleast none in Language, plus they are unhelpful because they mess you around.
