Took my money and never sent dvd

Ordered dvd on Jan. 18th 2008 was billed on Jan. 18th 2008. Sent e-mail on Feb. 13th 2008 stating never received dvd. Received reply immediatly that dvd was on back order and that my credit card had not been charged and would be available in 3-7 business days. Sent e-mail saying yes my credit card was charged. Never heard from them. Sent another e-mail 10 business days later and again no answer.
This place is a fraud scam whatever you want to call it. Called the phone number given and it is either busy or just rings and rings. There was also another phone number 1-877-7 tvshow, guess what, this one disconnected. How can a place like this still be in business? I went to the web site and there it was with testimonials and everything. What a scam! Can someone do something about this? Thanks if you can.
