Join the crowd... FAKE UGGS Lake Elsinore, Ca 92532 Lake Elsinore, Ca

The stories posted about this company are the same as my own. I purchased a pair of supposedly 100% authentic (as advertised by their website) Classic Tall Chestnut Uggs. I received the Uggs approx a month later from a chinese address. When I put the uggs on, I realized there was a piece of plastic protruding into the inside of the back of the left boot. I immediately tried contacting the company and found that their website is now a blank screen saying they are not taking any orders. After 2 weeks of repeated emails to the company (there is no phone # listed on the site) I finally decided to send them directly to UGGS corporate in hopes that they could replace the boots because they were defective (this entire time, I am under the impression these are still 100% authentic). After a month, I received the Uggs back in the mail from UGGS corporate with a letter stating they could do nothing with them as they were fake. I have continued to email uggshoez.com with no response and have also contacted google checkout and my credit card company, both of which are trying to resolve this issue on my behalf.

PLEASE do not use this company. I am so frustrated with this entire situation and am happy to work with anyone to get a response or solution to this seemingly ongoing problem
