Defective Uggs - Ugg boots

I recently bought 2 pairs of Uggs from an online company - cityoriginal.com. They were Christmas gifts for my daughters. The first question I asked was if the Uggs were authentic and the company assured me that they were. My daughter only wore the Uggs a few times when the sole of the shoe pulled away from the upper part of the shoe. When I complained to the company, they told me they weren't responsible for an item once it was worn. This is a ridiculous policy. Authentic Uggs would not have fallen apart so quickly. Do not be fooled by this company. I would not trust any of their products!
