We moved from residence in August, at which time we contacted Waste management, canceled service and asked for closing bill.
February, 14th received bill for 107.90 along with threat of turning account over to collection agency.
Not only had we canceled the service, but our old home is still vacant, there has been no one there and no garbage to be picked up!
