They charged my acc. An unathuorized transaction off $1700. Dollars. They got my account from a check i gave them 20 days earlier in the month Horsham Pennsylvania

My cingular bill was 2,000. Dollar dont ask me why i dont use my cell phone. Any how, i let my cell phone be discounted 2000.00 is crazy money, well they send me to collection my husband tells me there is no point in fighting a lost battle and this was affecting my credit, so,, NCO Financial contacts me and want me to pay the full amonut no way do i just have that kind of money just sitting around the house, i told them i can pay one thousand on the first, the rest will have to be pay later, i gave them a check over the phone for one thousand dollars. Well 20 days later they charged my account again for the rest of the balance. With out contacting me and with out my authority.
