Let's unite as one, let us know if you have already filed a complaint with the FTC or if you plan to.
Please lets get all documents together. I am working on a shorten dialog for all to file a complaint with the FTC. I have come across some documentation that really sums it up about A-1 Leasing as well as a few other leasing companies out there that seem to be just as corrupt as A-1.

Ongoing litigation against companies that provide financing for purchases induced by means of fraud. Typically the vendor makes fraudulent promises and convinces the consumer to purchase some kind of license and/or software to operate a business over the Internet. The fee for this license is "financed" through companies like Leasecomm, Axin Financial Services, A-1 Leasing, or Duvera Billing Services and companies like E-Commerce Exchange are also involved, all of whom then deny any responsibility for the fraud. The original vendor then often disappears. Settlements with some of those companies resulted in million of dollars of debt forgiveness or restitution with more cases pending.

I still have some questions for fellow victims?

Does anyone recall be told that A-1 Leasing funded us individually UPFRONT? In my case, they (A-1 Leasing) state it was $4600.00 total. Does anyone recall the header on the documents they signed electronically?
Only b/c the e-mail I got last year stated, "Startup Essentials Lease Agreement." How many times do you recall signing your name and initials?
I only recall one time for each.

If we only signed once for both, is it legal for someone to copy and pasted it all over the documents.
Does anyone recall be able to read through the documents before signing?

I would love to compile an actual list of all the victims. I only have first names (or a username) city, and state. That I gathered from Ripoff reports, as I can see so far and I haven't finished, b/c I know there are duplicate people b/c they left more than one report. So I have 70 plus right now. But I know that there are alot more, b/c of the Attorney General of Michigan stating that she had 318.

Let's get these people stopped once and for all!!!
