We do have a friend that will be able to help! It is the FTC with is short for Federial Trade Commision. It is part of the FBI Their web is FTC @. Gov. I would not just file on the internet, but call in person to file your complaint. The FTC can put them out of business and/or place them in Jail. Just don't sit back and allow this to happen. If everyone stops payment of these people, and files charges against them we will win.
I not only filed with the FTC, but with the Attorney General of Michigan. They felt they needed to also turn this over to the FTC due to the fact, that many of us victims are in different states. My goal is to stop this from happening. Also, I know that we don't want others to know how we got taken. However, I suggest contacting the News Department on T.V. And ask them to help.
One thing to remember, always tell these people about complaint. There are 140 complaints on A-1 leasing and 170 on Startup Essentials.
I have pulled the contract with A-1 leasing who granted Startup Essentials. A-1 allowed Startup Essentials to process your leasing, and it also states that Startup essentials are to act responably or they will face legal problems. Moreover, if fraud is happening, they should stand responsable instead of saying it is your problem and we want our money.
I would also ask A-1 leasing to prove they paid this and to whom. They many not have paid the whole thing, or not at all.
