COUNTRY MUTUAL INSURANCE CO ripoff mistreated scam

I have purchased insurance through this company for many years. On October 30, I was involved in a car accident with another driver. The other driver was found to be at fault and also had NO Insurance. Eli, the adjuster from Country Companies told me not to worry, they would take care of everything.

I have been treating with a neurologist, chiropractor and massage therapy for an entire year and will probably have nerve damage in my left cheek permanently as well as neck, shoulder and back problems.

As I am a Tax Consultant and have my own business, I feel that they should be responsible to cover the losses that were incurred during the time that I was treating 2 or more times a week. I have provided them with financial statements showing a loss of over $ 19,000. During tax season, and they offered a settlement of $4,000. I did not feel that they were holding up the contract that I have been paying for. I have suffered loss of income as well as enduring a full year of pain and a large loss of income. My insurance limits are only at $ 25,000. And I expected them to follow through on the contract I was paying for.
