Ripoff, never paid tax or insurance

I have had the same issues with Washington Mutual that many on this list have had. I too have my insurance and tax's automaticly taken and they have lapsed my insurance twice in 2 years... One for over a year without me knowing. Then they had the nerve to start a policy for about 5 times the amount that I was paying for if they paid it. This year I watched them until the last day before it was due and they claimed to have paid, but never did... I paid it to keep it going. The same issue with the tax... They pay constantly 2 quarters late and try to tell me my taxes went up and really it was the intrest and fines. Something needs to be done to these folks! Stay away from them...
