My husband, being laid of 6mths, got hired, and was directed to this company! It was when I went to get RX's, I found out THEY PAY NOTHING!

My husband was laid off for 6 months. He now has a job, and felt it was ok
to cancel our Cobra, since we were paying $1,500.00 per month. The company he works for gave us the informaion to call National Alliance. What a mistake! When I first called I spoke to a Carol. She explained all of our "benifits", and she told me I could sign up right away. I gave her my card number and paid an "enrollment fee" of $125, and then our premium. It was almost a month, when I went to the Pharmacy, I still had no booklet nor any cards. I tried to call for TWO days! Finally, I spoke to a Mary, who said she would send me the information on the benifits, never recieved it. I called again because I really had to pick up my RX's.

We are a middle-class Christian family. We have 3 children ages 10-13. That was the reason we continued with our previous insurance through Cobra. We struggled monthy to come up with money, but we had no choice, we lost 2 cars and have not been able to pay for the private school our children attend. The money we pay each month to this "company" would pay for their tuition. I have gotten no where with this company, and I feel like everthing they told me was read from a script, since they shifted me around so many times. I called right a 5:00 P.M., just to be laughed at because they were closed! This company will hear me and my complaints. I will only accept the 2 payments made so far, PLUS the ridiculous "enrollment fee". I expect them to pay all monies we have given them for coverages and co-pays that never occured.

I also will be alerting other people to this insurance scam. I plan to pursue this as far as I can. We can not afford to give away money each month. My only regret is I did not investigate this company before signing up.
