The company has made it impossable to cancel before the 14 day trial period is up. The letter that acompanies the order states, if you want to cancel call
1-866-449-5567 when you call this # you are given 3 options, the recordings are so garbled and fast that it is hard to understand the messages. No matter what option you press you get cut off, if you just hold the line waiting for A representative you get cut off.

I had to call 5 times to finally make out the email addresses to contact. The nearest I could figure out they are markcustomersupport.com or wuyi. Gmail.com Upon visiting both sites I found nothing but advertisements & testamonials.

I stubbled onto A sight where you could make A statement. I typed A statement to cancel my any further, and not charge for the FREE trial box.
The site states if you don't receive A conformation within 48 hrs. To resubmit. When I tried to send it I got A notice that sight could not be found.

By this time your 14 day trial period is up. So when you get your next bank statement, you have been charged $37.00 for the free box that you already paid $6.95 for, but $48 shipping has ben taken for the next box that is on its way. They will continue to take this money monthly till you can discover A way to get it stoped. When and if you ever get your money back it will take you up to A year, then you will most likely not get it all back.
