Taxpayers Rip Off

Taxpaers took $1700 from me, over a three month period. I cancelled my contrac with them, by e-mail. Then they cashed a $400 check. They did all this with no contact to the IRS. They will not retun call or help. They last time I talked to them they told me I owed them $800 read my contract their is nothing I can do about it. I told them I did and I want my money back. Thy hung up on me. Is their anybody out their that can help. I have already made a report to the BBB and have had no responce.
