Our "free" introductory pack turned into $40 charge!

My husband ordered the "free" pack offered in our local newspaper. He was told there would be a $9.41 shipping charge, no problem. While ordering, he was asked if the wanted this package or that package and said no. He also specifically asked if this charge and package was all he was ordering and was told yes.

"Free" package arrived. Two days later, another package arrived. Claimed to have a cassette in the pack (it didn't) and we were charged $48.73!!! I phoned the company to get a return number and was basically told we were liars and didn't listen to sales person. I got a return number after I told them I was calling our State Attorney.

I looked them up on the internet. Besides this website, there were several others with same complaint! Do not order from this company, they are scammers!!!
