Rebate Ripoff

I purchased a CoolerMaster power supply from these guys, reason being it had all the features I needed, BUT, bonus points due to the $30 MIR. I filled out their form, cut the UPC code off the box and mailed everything in as instructed. 4 weeks later I get an email telling me my rebate was denied because I had failed to mail in the barcode *cough* BULL$T*cough*. After writing back to explain to them that I had indeed mailed in the barcode, I received an additional email stating that they had indeed received the barcode but it was the WRONG ONE. Once again I call BULL$H! &.

This is a real nice scam they have going, offering sales and rebates that no one else has to hook people in, then failing to pay the rebates by using the "you sent incorrect/incomplete information" excuse. I will NEVER purchase another thing from TigerDirect, and I hope they get shut down soon.
