Stole Money From My Account ripoff business

The other day I went to check the balance on my checking account and found a charge of $140.00 on it that I could not account for. I called my bank and asked them about it and all they could give me was an 800#. I called the # and it did not say who they were, just to hold and a representative would be with me shortly.

An operator came on and I told them that there was a debit from my account from their company and I had no idea what it was for. I asked them who they were and they were 123 connections or something, some entertainment company. I had never heard of them.

They told me that there was an online order placed for their subscription. I told them I had never heard of their company and that they needed to cancel this immediately and refund my money. I was told that they would do this and they gave me a confirmation number. I am still waiting for my refund.

I called them Friday and they said it was credited "today" and it should be there by Monday. My fiance told me about the consumer complaints and I printed out all of the pages of complaints against this company and took it to my bank branch. They said they would help me with this but I had to cancel everything, including my check card because of the visa number on it. I am doubtful that I will see this money, though they are telling me that it SHOULD be in my account. Well it's not.
