Vacation package include but end up excluded

I was approached by phone about an inclusive vacation and exclusive magazine subscription for $79.95. After speaking with the salesperson for about 15 minutes I was transferred to someone who was to take all the info
for the subscription and vacation. I was then informed that this was for a year instead of one monthly payment. I never received any type of vacation package and was ill-informed about the package after calling about 15 times. Anyway, the deal of $79.95 monthly has been paid in full as of January 1.

My concern is that they may continue taking out payments although I was told by a customer rep. That it was marked paid in full. The fact that I never received any vacation package after them using every excuse known to man seems to me would be a breach of contract. I have never spoken to so many rude, arrogant, and uncooperative people in all my life.

Now, I am stuck with magazine clutter for 5 years if they fulfill that end of the deal. I am out right at $800.00 for magazines I would never have the time to read if they do send them. The magazine telemarketing scams won't get another opportunity to scam me because I will never speak to anyone affiliated with magazine subscriptions. Please be aware of this company as they are very enticing, kniving, and operating under false pretenses.
