Can't stop the monthly rip-off california

This company started to charge me a monthly fee and I told them to forget it, I was not paying it as I considered it a rip-off. I followed their instructions to the letter as to how to cancel and received notice of cancellation.

Still every month for the last 2, they have been deducting their monthly fee from my checking account. My bank says they can't do anything about it, so I will take it to the higher authorities.

Remember: A trip to the post office and a short weight in line is a heck of a lot better than fighting this crooked company in trying to shut them off when you realize the big rip-off that they are.
