No modification

Modification with emc is non existent! I explored it and was told it would cost me more. Oh yea, they can't refi me either because they aren't licensed to do it with massachusetts. I asked them so how is it you have my mortgage then if you can't service it? Reply was they just buy the loans... Say what? The mother company is now involved, bear sterns and she's the queen of foreclosures. Pray you can get help before she starts circling your home because she WILL take it and ruin you, your credit and you most certainly may share my section of the overpass where I will be living. Apartment owners DO check your credit before renting to you. Around and around we go.
