Charge credit card account without authorization

I was informed by an associate that this corporation takes liberties with both credit card accounts and bank accounts. I have subscribed to a free look at their program that can be tried free for 30 days. And cancelled if you are not satisfied.

They have charged my cridit card $8.95 for shipping, etc. I checked with my credit card company and they also told me that an additional charge of. 99 cents was also charged.

The charge is from "FORECLOSURE SCHOOL". I am concerned because the material sent is poorly written with words that are not spelled correctly.

I want to cancel now but I cannot reach them on the phone. I just get a recorded message. My credit card company cannot do anything until they make another unauthorized charge.
