Flight school ripped of students for almost 9 million dollars

I was attending the flight school in i took out 2 students loans to pay for my schooling, a private student wells fargo loan and a sallie mae loan, the school shut down before i could finish any of my training, they filed bankruptcy. Sallie Mae returned all my money, wells fargo is now trying to collect $30,000 from me and my uncle (co-signer).

I have seen multiple lawyers and no one has been able to help me out, wells fargo is starting to take money out of my uncles account every week, he has a family and he doesent make much, i feel really bad because he wanted me to get an education so he agreed to co-sign, i really dont know what to do?

I have read blogs of other students that attended that same school that are going through the same thing, its an estimated amount of about $9 million that they owe students. The name of the president of the school is Danny Knott.
