PDSSUP took money out of my account and I don't know who they are or why they took my money

I applied for a loan online from citifinanacial. I also applied for a payday loan online, but find out from the company that payday loans are iilegal in the state of Georgia. So I don't know which company that this PDSSUP company got my info from. I will seek until they put my money back. I have talked to my bank about this and they are willing to persue this.
