Ripoff

I was contacted by phone that I would get a disc for only 3.97. This would help me find grant to help me with a business or for personal resons and I would not have to pay it back. So the fool that I 'am I agreed to the 3.97 and they would send me the disc. That was on the 21 os December. Then on Jan. 5th 2007 I found a charge for 29.95 that I did not tell them to take out. So next I went to the internet and found out they where a rip off. So I called this morning Jan. 5th 2007 to ask why. They said I had a fourteen day trial and was to cancel if I didnt want it. I do not recall that conversation. So now I will go to my bank and dipute this with them.
