Took My Money, ruining my Credit, I want it back!

A year ago money was taken from my account from this "company". I called my bank the day it posted to my account and told them it was not authorized. My bank, if that is what you call them "Wells Fargo" told me they would take care of it and get my money back. Hahaha funny! What they really did was close my account and put it into a negative balance and sent it to collections. Then on top of that they charged NS fees.

So when I called them and asked what the deal was with getting my money back they told me that they weren't going to do anything about it. So after that point I started doing a lot of research my self on this so called company that took my money. Once I had found what I thought was enought that I needed I told Wells fargo the info and told them if they wanted the money then they better go get it. They knew where the money had gone but could do nothing to get it back? Right!

So I then filed 2 complaints with BBB of New york and they told me that I would need to contact the BBB of Canada seeing as the company wasn't in New York but in canada. So now what do I do?

I have told the collections this and they only call me once in a while but it is ruining my credit. I was lucky enough to have another bank at the time. I don't back with Wells Fargo anymore. I want my money back! I want my credit fixed and I want these jerks to get a real job like the rest of us.!!
