I have gotten a checking account with wells fargo since january when fees were not existed. Since WACHOVIA became WELLS FARGO, it give a charge of fees for any reasons. Before I got a checking and saving account so everytime my checking would be in overdraft, they only took the money from my saving with no fees. Now with WELLS FARGO I had to close my saving account because they were charging fees for transfer and overdraft also. But today I was so upset because on monday and tuesday I CHECKED my balance by online and my account was positive so today when I checked my account, it was negative with two overdraft fees for transactions that posted TODAY. So I called customer service and I Spoke with a manager KARLA MENDEZ and she told me the same thing many times that all my transactions came true today 08/15 that why the bank charge me for those fees. I asked her that because today was posted all the transaction so I have the right to go to the bank and deposit the rest of my balance before WELLS FARGO charge me for any fee. She said no because the fees were already posted and she can not do anything. She only apologized for the inconvenience but nothing she could do it. So I told her that any bank give the right to their customers to deposit any balance in the same day before the bank charged the customer for fees. She said that WELLS FARGO Doesn't do that.
The only I was asking is my transactions are posted today so I have the right to deposit the balance that I need it before they charge for any fees. WELLS FARGO charge me two fees of $35.00 for one transaction of $3.95 and $11.00.
