To whom it may concern. This has happened not only once but twice in different timeings, see when i had my first child and first apartment i had recieved this vouchor in the mail and i looked at it and thought wow what a great thing a layaway i could aford just starting out very young and a first time mom so i odered a sawing machine and pay almost all i needed i believe it was one payment and i just didn, t have it that month so i figured they wouldn, t waite so i asked them to cancel because i didn, t know how i would be paying i was in a bind right now so i waited and waited no more statements no money nothing from them. So then i didn, t know what to do so years went by and then again i recieved mail with another voucher and i had just been rob so i thaught i would try them again fine i paid for a stereo that they made look so much bigger and nicer in the ad. And i recieved it finally ok i didn, t want to complain after what i had already been threw so by now i have three sons and a single parent at that so then again i needed a bedroom set because i was on the floor on a mattress and i would be happy with a cheap one as long as it did its perpose. And a amoir for my tv and so i then moved and sent them my new address no statements again so i looked them up in the web and sent many emails i called and did speak to a woman very nice and she took my info and all but still no statements so i tried calling again no answer. I emailed again one of the presidents and wrote my problem and i didn, t even get nor a im sorry nor i will return your money for sure this time nothing. So now im thinking what buisness is this that i still give them another chance and they do nothing? I am not a woman of problems all i want is my money back. Nothing else nor am i a woman with lots of money i am disabled so its hard to come by. Thank you sincerly emily.
