I got ripped off from this company! Recieved in the mail 6 vouchers for $400 off on a new stereo system. I have paid off the layaway ($162.00) and have not recieved my stereo!

I recieved 6 vouchers for $400 off different items. I choose the CD Stereo & speaker combo. I have paid off my layaway and have NOT recieved my stereo. How can anyone get away with stealing people's hard earned money without a blink of an eye??? Is there anyone that can help me get my money back??? Help!!!
