Ripoff consumer rip-off fraud business from hell

American Home Shield utilizes the absolutely worst, low quality contractors available. I have been going around with them for the past 4 months on a hot water heater that was installed out of code. I now have a non-code compliance hot water heater that they replaced improperly.
The contractor hired doesn't answer phone calls, and thier partner company Rescue Rotor refuses to touch the work done by the first contractor, Bransford Plumbing. DON"T BUY THESE WARANTIES—They are the rip off company from hell.
I have been lied to by several supervisors including a Debroah Chalmers who has to be the worst customer service supervisor I have ever had the displeasure to talk to.
I advise anyone not to deal with this company and will be contacting my state's attorney general's office of fraud investigation.
