I was promised a credit card with a line of credit of 25.000 if I wire a certain amount

I am reporting a ripoff scam that happened to me recently I was promised a credit card with a 25.000 dollar line of credit if I wire them an certain amount through westernunion this person on the phone may not have been who he says he was the first time I wired some money he said I will receive my credit card by fedx so I waited it never came so I called him back and he says they are trying to block that transation because it wasn't enough to start a new credit card of that amount so I sent another transation thru westernunion he wanted more but I couldn't send more so I called this person back he said he was working on it never herd from him again thats my story a lie is a lie don't matter who tell it.
