Payza (befoe is Alert Pay)
This company received my $5000.00 bank wire, but don't willing to admit with all kinds of reason

Payza is a bank company, just like Paypal, they accept people to transfer money into their account to use the amount for online shopping.

On Aug 10, I wired $5000.00 USD from China to my friend's Payza account (I don't have Payza account in that time), after around 3 weeks, the money still doesn't show up in my friend's account, then I contact Payza, takes about a week, someone from Payza told me that Payza account owner can not receive money from other party, I have to open my own Payza account to use this money, then I open a account immediately, then someone told me I have to activate that account before I can receive the money, the activation process is either send a bank wire or do a credit check, for the first one, we already wired $5000.00 in, should we wire another money? No one tell me how to do; for the 2nd credit check, we must provide a credit card and relative documents, then they will charge two small amount from our credit card, but the problem is we provided a China credit card and local document, like photo ID, billing address documents, but Payza told me, I must provide those documents in English, how is that possible, why must a country use foreight language for their documents? It look like I have no way to get my money back, I have ask if they can't verify my account, can they just return the money, no one answer.
