Paid for 15 chew toys on 8-13 with paypal and as of today 12-12 item hasn't arrived

I went to the site and bought 5 vick dog chew toys and then went back and bought another 10 chew toys making a total of 15 costing over $170.00 i paid with paypal and i still haven't recieved my items. They sent me a shipping date of nov 3 and now the won't reply to my emails. The one they did reply to when i said i didn't give a crap that i wanted my money back jamie replied (that must be painful not to crap). Great sales person. They said they would assist me in getting a refund and well that is crap too because they said the transaction was over 45 days ago. When i bought these in aug the shipping was for sept then oct and then a later date to start shipping was oct 26th. Went to ebay12-10-07 and found them trying to sell them on ebay and i emailed him and asked for my 15 that i bought in aug and he pulled himself out of ebay and is not selling them there now. Contact the att gen office in florida and put them on him 1-850-414-3990 and consumer services 1-850-488-2221 then the bbbnefla@org lets bust him
