Took my money for a guaranted loan

I am writing to report a scam that is going on here in the U.S., from a company located in Canada. The company operates under the name Trillium Lending they say that they are located in Saint Paut Minnesotta, but according to the BBB, they do not reside there. They called me two weeks ago to let me know that I was approved for a 35k loan, in return I would have to put 10 percent down and they would send me the check in the mail. The gentleman that contacted me was William Stone. Later on I was told that he would not be handling my case and that a gentleman by the name Frank Stafford would be taking over my case. I had never heard of Advanced loan Scams but I sure did find out the hard what they are all about. I did my normal background check on this company, went to their web-site and everything seemed legit. Needless to say I forwarded them the money and got nothing backin return, but them dodging my phone calls and listening to their voice mails, and now I am out 3120 dollars and am going to suffer for it during the Holiday time. That money was supposed to be for my family and I, and now I do not know how I am going to get by this Christmas without it. I would love if these people saw some hardship such as mine. The name is Trillium Lending 1-866-415-3274, and the contact person is Frank Stafford ext724. I know that they operate in canada because Frank Stafford said that I would be sending the money to a location in Ajax Canada. I hope that you can do something to stop these people.
