Fraudulent company

This company seemed so legitimate when we talked to them. They answered all our questions, and even faxed over a copy of the contrat that we were going to sign. They told us we could have a loan for 20,000 at 8% interest rate, but because they are a second chance lending company then we would have to pay the first 8 months up front which was 1920.00. So we came up with the money, and they gave us the info to money gram the money to Kenneth Brookes in Edmonton Alberta Canada. We called Kelly with the transfer number and she said that within 24 hours the money would be deposited in our checking account. That was on Feb 26 and here it is the 29th of Feb and NO MONEY. Guess what the phone doesn't work now either. She is a freakin scam artist and I hope that she gets what she deserves in the long run. ALL we want back is our money we are using this to start our own business and can't believe that people would take advantage of others like this.
