They Don't Deliver Items I've Ordered!

I've a complain about this company, because they don't deliver items I've ordered and paid for.

I placed a order in early october & early november these orders still hasn't arrived after more than 2 months of waiting. They said at their site that shipping can take up to 12 working days. But you've to wait 5 weeks before they take any action (if they do anything)
Promised to ship my orders again, but still nothing has arrived and they give me the same answers all over agian or don't respond at all. Asked my money back, but no respond!
