Harrassment to the limit

I am home recovering from a lung infection and twice a day everyday rpm collection agency continues to call my house. I give them the information of the payment arrangements that i have made though sprint but they continue to call everyday. They state that they can call as many times a day as they want because they can. They arew extremely rude and they get loud and talk over me when as i give them the information everyday. I want these harrassing phone calls to stop and if they do not i will be prepared to sue them.
