An unfair collection of payment

Employees of regency drive to my house harassing me to pay and they call everyday. I am going through a divorce witch my wife had a gambling problem exc. I am trying to save my house and my only vehicle, i am starting to get back on my feet i am presently 1 moth behind at $150, and before i was more than that, so i stop answering my phone and i still make payments and they send me a notice of legal action to suit me. I find it very ignorante rude and harassing, when they drive to your house and call you everyday i have a handicapp son who needs his rest i tell them not to call at certain times butt they do not care
