I canceled my membership a year ago. Now they sent me a DVD to view and send back if i don't like it. I cant get a hold of anyone to get the confirmation number to send back

I did not order a DVD. I was a member a year ago but canceled. Recently they sent me a DVD to watch and return within 10 days with no charge. But, in order to return the DVD. You must call them or contact them eletronically (email) to get a confirmation number to be a able to send the DVD back. Otherwise I will be charged a monthly fee of $9.99 to automatically register. I am outraged! Due to the fact that the number they gave doesn't work!!! Their website is not working!!! I really hope reporting this will make a difference. I hope the law will bring justice upon these people that are doing this.
