I ordered a teeshirt. When it didn't arrive in three weeks I called. They said it was on back order. I requested they credit my account and cancel the order. They agreed to do so. Three months later and no sign of a credit. I emailed and they responded saying they would mail me a check. That was six weeks ago! No check Yet! Now they do not answer their phone.
