Recurring Unauthorized charges of $14.95 per month

Apparently, while ordering flowers from ProFlowers.com, a pop-up window asked me if I wanted to join Easy Saver. I did not see this window, and certainly would not subscribe to or join the club.

My account was siphoned for 7 months, for a total of $104.65

I called them and they asked why they were charging me... The operator had the nerve to ask why I didn't catch it sooner! She credited my account for only 2 payments and told me that I had to write a letter to their consumer affairs department to receive credit for the other 5 charges.

Instead, I called ProFlowers and vented my fury. Until today, I trusted and recommended ProFlowers... But I'll never patronize them again.
