They took 200 dollars out of my account sent paperwork saying i had to pay 35% down tried to get the money back they said no

Gave them permission to take 200 from my account to fix my credit. When I recived paperwork it stated I had to pay 35% down on purchases. I was not told that when I signed up. They told me to write a letter to get this cancelled. It was denied.
