Took Money out of my account without my permission even though I cancelled. Never cancelled even though I did within 2 weeks

This is the first time I ever used a credit card online. The product sounded good and valid. I ordered as it said costing me $5.95 plus shipping and handling.

I recieved the product about 10 days later in an unmarked envelope. No paperwork, confirmation, price charged to my card or anything. I cancelled within a week and they never sent me any paperwork regarding my cancellation.

Since this time they took $69.95 from my credit card on 12/7/07 and again on 1/7/08. I did not give them permission to do this.

I have tried to call the phone number on the bottle along with the number my bank gave me attached to the transaction and both numbers are now non working.

I want my money back asap. I've never been so upset or humiliated. I have two small children to tend to and am working two jobs. I cannot afford to have this company who is fraudulent take any more money from me.

Please, please help me and please help me get back all the money they have already taken from me.
