Providian National Bank is sending out letters closing the accounts of what appears to be thousands of customers who have been deligent paying their bills on time. Please contact your State Attorney General's office and the three main credit bureaus (Equifax, Ttansunion and Experian) and the San Francisco District Attorney's office.

If we all make these calls and stick together we can beat these SOB's. This is wrong and as consumers and Americans, this means WAR.

I also intend to file a suit locally in my J.P. Court for triple damages and I will ask for a jury trial and nail the SOB's to the wall.
