Will not cancell my membership / shady

I've tried for two months now to get this company to cancel my membership which was done through a third party from a purchase from buy.com.

They are not helpful.

I called three times over 2 months and then had told me i never cancelled my membership.

I've cancelled my card and disputing the charges with them i hope i have better luck with them.

The customer service people are very shady!
