White Egret Farms
No Shipment of Paid Goods and No Integrity to Correct That

In I also ordered raw goats milk from White Egret Farms at the recommendation of Garden of Life supplement company. It took 4 to 6 weeks for me to receive it but I didn't think much of it since it is a small company. The yogurt was excellent and I physically felt the benefits from taking it.in I ordered another 12 jars but to this day, November, I have never received that order. I documented each time that I have contacted this company but will leave out the details for this report, but I have left numerous voice messages, written a letter, contacted the Better Business Bureau (BBB) who contacted them twice with no response, sent numerous faxes and emails, and sent a certified letter and that was returned to me unaccepted. Each of my communications with this company were professional inspite of their obvious indifference towards me. If I had any idea that White Egret Farms operated with such a lack of integrity, I would never have ordered from them. I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission but they only took the information but didn't do anything. When I filed the complaint with the Better Business Bureau, it was then that I saw that White Egret Farms has an unsatisfactory rating and more than 133 complaints with a "no response" on their part. I wish that I had checked with the BBB before ordering from them. White Egret Farms obviously listen to their voice messages because each of my orders appeared on my credit card as soon as I requested them. This company operates with a lack of integrity and should be made to deliver or reimburse the customers that they have cheated through the years due to their practice of taking payments and not delivering paid goods. I would advise anyone to not do business with White Egret Farms. Along with myself and others, you are likely to eventually get ripped off!
