And Account i never had

I was sent a letter from Northland Group Inc. Saying that i have Account with Car Care One, that was open in the year of I heve never had a account with Car Care One in my life, i dont know what car care one is.
Why am Irecieving this Letter now? Why hasn't the original creditor contacted me?

I need help clearing this so called debt with them. That i have never had.
