Many days of non service, charges that are not mine, bad coustmer service

Every month i get charges that are not mine, and every month i call.
At least twice a week i can not get online, due to internet problems. The cable tv will sometimes be down all weekend.

When i call for a supervisor i am transferred 4 times giving my information with each transfer, and never getting a person that i can understand. At some point i would like to speak with an american that might actually understand what i'm saying.
